Hello hello! Welcome back to Double Thumbs Dresses! It’s time once again for our frocktacular roundup of the dresses deemed worthy of the highly coveted Double Thumbs seal of approval….
Still looking for that perfect Valentine’s frock? You could do a lot worse than this hearty number from Lazy Oaf! I’ve got some big love for those big hearts.
Yumi are totally killing this season! How beautiful is this coast print tunic? The colours are stunning and I love how the print carries over to the sleeves. It also makes me want to go on holiday RIGHT NOW.
Wahey! A new Cath Kidston print to covet. This darling cottage dress features a delightfully twee scene, complete with springtime flowers, in my favourite Cath dress shape.
Oh my goodness it’s so shiny, so sparkly, SO PINK! The magpie in me is all over this ASOS frock. That heavily embellished double layer is really quite magic.
I know you’re all totally shocked to see that I’ve fallen in love with this long sleeved 70s inspired dress that has delightful buttons and a floral print. It’s really out of character. Also, I think we can all agree that ‘What a Scarf’ is the greatest dress name ever. Top work, Trollied Dolly.
Oh man, those colourful caravans are just too fantastic for words and just the fact that dresses like this Vanity Project number exist in the world makes me so happy.
Orange is apparently the colour to be seen in this spring (pray for us all) so this floaty frock from Dorothy Perkins could be just the ticket to trend town we all need. It also has some delightful ruffle detailing which is also very ‘in’ right now. Truly the dress that keeps on giving.
This Monki number slightly terrifies me as I have no idea how I would wear this shape of dress (ideas welcome) but that print is just so much fun! LOVE.
