Hello and welcome to the 26th Accessories to Murder! Are you ready to delve into the world of amazing accessories? Excellent. Without further ado, here are the accessories that have made it onto this week’s She and Hem’s Most Wanted.
How purrrrfect is this ASOS cat bag? It’s so darn cute! I love the straw design and the detachable gold strap makes it a versatile investment. Meow!
I’ve been obsessing over these ASOS sunglasses since I bought them last month. They are so darn cool! The shape is super fabulous and the silver glitter just makes them all the more special. Currently debating whether to buy them in gold too…..
We LOVE nude polka-dot tights (as is evidenced by the fact we wear them in nearly every outfit post) but they can be rather elusive. I was therefore very excited to find this pair from Jonathan Aston on the Topshop website which feature polka-dots in different shades of blue! Woo! They only have Size M left but these beauts are also available at the brilliant MyTights (who actually have them discounted to £8.50 atm).
AvocaWOAH would you look at those! Topshop have got some seriously fun hair accessories going on at the moment but I couldn’t resist this fitting tribute to everyone’s favourite Instagramable fruit.
Say “hi” to your new favourite piece of jewellery! I love the simplicity of this quirky Urban Outfitters necklace.
Blimey! These ASOS boots are pretty ridiculous right? I think we’d all be a lot happier if we each owned a pair of these shoes. It’s like a party for your feet!
If you’re a novelty bag fan (hi) then you may be pleased to discover that Rare have got a lot of super affordable ones on their website – including cassette tapes, lips and even a Russian doll. How fab is this telephone affair though? The little ‘I Love To Hear The Sound Of Your Voice’ detail is too cute. Love!
Last Wednesday we both managed to have the day off work so took the opportunity to pack in a full day of blogging fun in beautiful Bath! Naturally it wouldn’t be a proper blogger day out without taking some outfit photos so after having our hair perfectly cut and curled by the delightful ladies at Frontline Style (our full review will be up on Total Bath shortly so keep your eyes peeled locals) we frolicked around near some of our favourite Bath buildings in some super lovely Sugarhill Boutique pieces.
We both adore the fun and feminine style of Sugarhill boutique so it was an absolute joy to be able to choose and style a few of their Summer pieces! We are both usually drawn to their quirkier prints (dogs, lollies, massive toucans – that sort of brilliant shenanigans) but thought this might be a nice opportunity to try something a little different.
I went for the vintage inspired Aurora dress* which features the most beautiful pastel floral print. The colours look stunning and the fit and flare cut make it such a comfortable dress to wear. I was, as always, thrilled to discover the dress has pockets which I will no doubt be stashing all manner of things into at a Summer wedding near you! I teamed the dress with sheer dotty tights from Pamela Mann at MyTights*, a mustard belt from Primark, cream brogues from Faith at Debenhams (old) and, seeing as great blogging duo minds think alike, an extra pop of colour in the form of my staple Boden Milan clutch*!
